Membership includes:

$125/mo
- One annual exam per membership year
- Pap smear if indicated
- Basic blood panel (CBC and BMP)
- Direct access to the physician line for same or next-day appointments, telehealth, and email
- Access to wholesale pricing on medications and labs
- Special, members-only discounts throughout the year
- Office visits as needed with no additional cost unless lab/procedure or pathology is required

Members enjoy a 40% discount on office procedures (not including pathology charges).

Monthly Membership for the first 100 patients will be $125 per month. Pricing will increase after that time, so we look forward to welcoming you soon!

Please note: There is a $125 initial signup fee per applicant, a 6-month minimum commitment, and a $175 reinstatement fee if you cancel your membership and reinstate it.
